Too much social media affects memory

According to researchers from Stockholm’s KTH Royal Institute of Technology, spending too much time with social net – working sites could damage our memory. Information overload is not a healthy condition for our brain. It’s good to go offline occasionally to help our brain stay healthy.

Variety of smart phones have made it easy for many to stay hooked to such sites and it seems no one is worried about it’s adverse effects on self and the society as a whole. At least this warning should force some to take heed.

Many Christians too find it very hard to stay away from these devices even as they spent time before the Lord. That too is not a healthy practice at all.
