BRETHREN ASSEMBLY BASED SERVICE AGENCIES IN INDIA
Assisting the commended full time evangelists.
There are number of service organizations among the assemblies in India, meeting the various needs of the local assemblies and the commended workers.
We would like to introduce three of them as they support primarily the evangelists who enjoy current commendation, from all over India on a regular basis. All these ministries are being carried out by eminent brethren from various assemblies in India. All of them publish their accounts each year fulfilling all the requirements of the law of the land. God’s people everywhere are encouraged to make use of these channels to be part of the Lord’s work in India.
Kindly contact them directly or send an email to gracepeaceu@gmail.com for further details.
1. GOSPEL FELLOWHSIP TRUST OF INDIA (GFTI)
Among these three the place of GFTI is unique for various reasons. Their transparent and effective functioning is remarkable. Their annual report has all the details about the donors as well as the recipients.
GFTI was established 61 years ago by few overseas missionaries in association with the India brethren. Their main aim was to act as a channel to pass on the voluntary contributions of God’s people to the Lord’s servants. At present they serve 1050 brethren serving the Lord in various parts of India.
GFTI also has many other ministries like, supporting the poor and needy among the brethren, assisting those who are affected by natural calamities, supporting assembly based Bible education etc. (More )
