Blessings Costly!

Worshipers of Sai Baba temple, Shirdi, Maharashtr India are in trouble. The temple trust has raised the cost of prasad they sell to the visiting devotees.

According to the authorities the increase prices of vegetables and food grains compelled them to hike the rate.

But the followers are not happy, they say that the temple gets an average of Rs. 50 crore (Around 10 Million USD) in donations annually, then they should offer free prasad as in many other temples!

Today everything is business. Man's spiritual thirst is exploited widely.

The Lord Jesus Christ is calling upon people to come to Him and get everything freely! Matt.11:28; Isaiah 55:1.

His followers are also supposed to keep that same attitude in their spiritual service. Merchandising Divine blessings can not be an ideal spiritual service.
